With so many different approaches to health and fitness, it can be overwhelming to know what's considered "right" and "wrong." Fitness isn't "one size fits all," what works for someone else might not work for you- and that's a good thing! That's what I'm here for. Every personal training session is customized to your needs and goals.
Your goals are important to me. You can expect every exercise I program to have a specific intent- whether it correlates to your wants, needs or goals, there won't be a second of time wasted in the gym. You can expect science-based programming that will make you feel powerful, confident, and seen.

My goal is to teach you that exercise is such a privilege; fitness is something meant to enhance your life, not put a burden on it! I want to help break the stigma that's been created around fitness/ nutrition, because "healthy" looks different for everyone. You deserve to work with someone that strives to make sure you succeed.
I'm currently accepting clients (in person and online) at Temple in West Columbia, SC., AND R3 in Ballantine, SC. Whether you're looking for something short-term, or want to start your journey from the beginning, there's an option for you.

Expect full, undivided attention and attention to detail. You’ll communicate your goals and together we’ll work to create a plan that excels you toward them. There’s no pressure and no judgment in this environment. I’ll be there to correct your form, push you in a way that empowers you, and show you how capable you really are! Everyone starts somewhere, and I really believe that personal training is your best bet if you still consider yourself a “beginner” when it comes to the gym.
Short answer, YES. Long answer, PLEASE do! Personal training sessions are completely customizable to what YOU need. Whether you’re an athlete, seasoned lifter, runner, or anything in between, you’re able to express what you’re looking for.
Man, there are SO many!
Personal training with me could include training 2x a week in the gym with planned workouts for when you’re not training with me. It could be a couple sessions a month where I teach technique and then provide a personalized program for you to follow at a gym that’s more convenient for everyday life. There’s an option for virtual appointments/ online training! Obviously there’s things that I haven’t listed- but the possibilities are endless. I’m open to anything that makes fitness attainable for you, and your budget.
This will depend on the location and/or whether or not we're doing things virtually.
